CRIME STOPPERS
If you want to report a crime but don't want to report it directly to the police, you can do so anonymously through Crimestoppers.
Contact them on 0800 555 111 or report the crime online.
ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
You can reach the Basildon Council ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Team by calling 01268 533333.

ADULT SOCIAL CARE
To contact Essex Adult Social Care, call 0345 603 7630 or email socialcaredirect@essex.gov.uk.
The lines are open Monday to Thursday from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, and on Fridays from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm.
For out-of-hours emergencies, contact the Emergency Duty Service at 0345 606 1212

CHILD SOCIAL CARE
You can contact Essex Children's Services through the Children and Families Hub by using their emergency out-of-hours number, or submitting an online form.
Children's Line / Priority Line: Call 0345 603 7627 (Monday to Thursday, 8:45 am to 5 pm; Friday, 8:45 am to 4:15 pm).
Emergency Out-of-Hours / Bank Holidays: Call 0345 606 1212.
Immediate Danger: If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.

REPORT FRAUD
Report Fraud is the UK's national reporting centre for fraud and cyber crime. You can make a report online or by phone on 0300 123 2040.
They also provide a Report Fraud Victim Service which offers dedicated, and specialist help to victims of cyber crime and fraud.
REPORT SCAMS
Scam Emails: Suspicious emails can be forwarded to report@phishing.gov.uk
Scam Text Messages: Forward the message to 7726 giving the callers number. Your provider can find out where the call came from and block or ban the callers number.
Scam Phone Calls: If you've lost money or have been affected by fraud as a result of responding to a phone call, you should report it online here or call 0300 123 2040.
Scam Post: If you believe you’ve received an item of scam mail, please visit Royal Mail for more information or to report scam mail complete their online form.
